1. Binding Agreement

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user, student, purchaser, or client) and Unified Barber Academy (“UBA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms apply to all services, content, courses, videos, tools, or digital products we provide, whether purchased or accessed freely.

2. No Refund Policy – All Sales Final

Due to the digital nature of our programs, all purchases are non-refundable and final. This includes, but is not limited to:

    •    Course access (lifetime or time-limited)

    •    One-time payments or installment plans

    •    Downloadable materials

    •    Video lessons, modules, or tutorials

    •    Any coaching, mentorship, or community access

Once access is granted or payment is made, no refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations will be issued under any circumstance.

3. Chargebacks & Dispute Prevention

By purchasing from Unified Barber Academy, you agree that you will not initiate a chargeback, dispute, or refund request through your payment provider, financial institution, or card issuer. Any unauthorized chargebacks will be considered fraudulent and may result in:

    •    Immediate termination of access

    •    Reporting to credit bureaus and collections

    •    Legal action for damages and breach of this contract

4. Results Disclaimer

Unified Barber Academy makes no guarantees regarding your personal success, income, or skill acquisition. The results of each student will vary based on numerous factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

    •    Personal work ethic

    •    Prior experience or skill level

    •    Financial and economic environment

    •    Mental and physical health

    •    Access to tools or equipment

    •    Personal circumstances

    •    Natural aptitude or learning speed

While we aim to provide the highest quality education, mentorship, and guidance, outcomes are never promised or assured.

5. Educational Use Only

All content provided by Unified Barber Academy is for educational purposes only. We are not responsible for how you apply, interpret, or act upon the material. This is not a substitute for professional licensing, state requirements, or formal barber certification unless otherwise explicitly stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, written content, graphics, logos, and proprietary systems remain the exclusive intellectual property of Unified Barber Academy. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or share any part of our content without written permission. Any unauthorized use is a violation of intellectual property laws and will result in legal action.

7. User Conduct and Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access to any user who violates these terms, disrupts our community, abuses our platform, or uses the program in bad faith. No refunds will be issued in the event of a termination due to breach of conduct.

8. Payments, Access, and Installments

If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full. Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension of access, collections proceedings, and additional fees. Access to course content may be revoked until payment is resolved.

9. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will Unified Barber Academy, its founders, instructors, or team members be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income, reputation, employment, or opportunities, as a result of using or relying on our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any legal disputes must be filed and resolved within the jurisdiction of Ontario.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
